We specialise in business support recruitment for a range of sectors including financial services, banking, tech start-ups, creative agencies, property, professional services and education to name a few. Most, if not all, of these sectors value the skills of OMBS graduates immensely.

One such example is an investment banking company in the City, with whom we placed a new graduate. She started as a team assistant and, within six months, progressed into a more senior role within the department. Her employer felt that she had all the right skills for the role of course but – more importantly – also had the right attitude. Being willing to learn new tasks, having an enthusiasm to help with different projects, and going above and beyond were all important qualities that saw her stand out from the crowd.

These soft skills are arguably just as important to employers. The Diploma at OMBS is hugely successful at teaching students both the soft and hard skills required in a competitive job market.
